Concierge

Concierge, in the medical sense.

One physician who knows your case and answers when you call. A coordinator who runs the calendar, the labs and the retests around your protocol. A private way in, a private suite, and no waiting room.

What to expect

This is not a typical medical visit

From your first point of contact, you'll notice Apotheosis operates differently. No automated phone trees. No impersonal intake forms. No crowded waiting rooms. You'll be greeted by a real person who already knows your name and the reason for your visit.

The lighting, the sound, the pace, the privacy: nothing is accidental. Whether you're here for a single visit or a comprehensive protocol, the standard is the same: physician-led, deeply personal, never rushed. And there is never any pressure. We share recommendations; the decisions are always yours.

Beyond the treatment room

What concierge means here.

Six things the practice does around your protocol, so the protocol is the only thing you have to think about.

Direct physician access

Your physician is available for follow-up between visits. Questions about your protocol go to the person who wrote it, not to a call center.

Priority scheduling

Early mornings, evenings and weekends, and priority when a protocol visit needs to move.

A dedicated coordinator

One person manages your plan: visits, infusions, labs and retest dates, in the order your protocol calls for.

Private entrance and discretion

Discreet arrival options, private consultation suites, and dedicated parking with a private entrance.

Travel and out-of-town patients

Visits and retests sequenced around travel, with telehealth follow-ups in between and multi-visit coordination when you are in town.

Your home regimen

Curated recommendations for what you take and do between visits, written into the protocol rather than sold at the desk.

Your first visit

What your first visit looks like.

Not a sales pitch. A deep, unhurried conversation with a physician, and a written protocol before you leave.

01

Welcome

You'll be greeted by name and shown to a private consultation suite. Take a moment to settle in; we'll offer you a beverage and make sure you're comfortable before anything begins. No waiting room. Your time starts when you're ready.

02

The conversation

Your physician will sit with you, not behind a desk, and listen: your goals, your health history, your lifestyle, and the changes you're hoping to see. The most important part is understanding who you are, not just what you want done.

03

Assessment and diagnostics

Depending on your case, this may include a physical assessment, body composition measurement, bloodwork and functional lab testing through our partner laboratories. Your physician orders what your case calls for and reviews every result with you.

04

Your written protocol

Your physician presents a written protocol: the therapies in sequence, the cadence, the retest point, and the options. This is a conversation, not a prescription handed across a desk. We discuss, adjust and refine until it is right.

05

Next steps

If you're ready to begin, we can often start the same day or schedule your first visit before you leave. If you need time to think, there is no pressure at all. Your protocol will be waiting for you whenever you're ready.

Questions

Before you book.

Do I need a referral to come to Apotheosis?

No. Apotheosis is a direct-access practice. You can book a New Patient Visit at any time without a referral from another provider.

How is Apotheosis different from a med spa or a wellness club?

Every therapy is prescribed by a physician inside a written protocol, not sold from a menu or bought with credits. Nothing is offered speculatively. And because diagnostics, infusion, regenerative and hormone medicine live under one physician, your care is coordinated rather than fragmented across providers.

What happens during my first visit?

A 90-minute conversation with one of our physicians. We'll discuss your goals, review your health history, and order the lab testing your case calls for. You'll leave with a clear understanding of your options and a written protocol, and never any pressure to begin immediately.

How much does a consultation cost?

Fees vary by type and duration, and for protocols your consultation fee is applied toward your protocol. Contact us for current details; investment is always discussed openly before anything begins. [CONSULTATION FEES]

Do you accept insurance?

Apotheosis is a private-pay practice and does not bill insurance directly. We can provide documentation for you to submit to your insurer for potential reimbursement on eligible medical services.

Are your treatments safe?

Safety is our highest priority. All treatments are evidence-based, FDA-compliant where applicable, and performed by physicians using non-toxic protocols: only products and technologies we would use on ourselves and our own families.

What if I'm not sure what I need?

That's exactly what the first visit is for. Many patients arrive with a general sense of what they want to change. Our physicians guide you through options based on your goals, your assessment and your health. No guesswork required.

Do you treat men?

Yes. A significant portion of our patients are men seeking hormone optimization, body composition management, energy restoration and executive performance protocols.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee, but life happens; communicate with us and we'll always work with you.

Already have labs from a testing subscription?

Bring them. Your physician reads them at your first visit and builds the protocol from them, with functional lab testing to fill what they cannot show.
