Baseline to retest
01

Assess

A 90-minute New Patient Visit with your physician, with the testing your case indicates: body composition and functional labs through our partner laboratories.

02

Prescribe

You leave with a written protocol: which therapies, in what sequence, how many sessions over how many weeks, and what each one is for.

03

Measure

At the retest point we repeat the diagnostics that matter and compare them with your baseline. The protocol is continued, adjusted or closed on the numbers.

the art of transformation

Apotheosis. The highest point in the development of something.

In this practice, transformation has a number: a lab value, a hormone panel, a body composition, compared with your own baseline and read by the physician who ordered it.

What we do

Three things, in one order.

Diagnostics first. Then a protocol. Then only the therapies it calls for.

Protocols

Written by your physician

Multi-month programs that sequence therapies over weeks, with a baseline at the start and a retest at the end. Three we run most, and physician-designed ones built from your diagnostics.

Therapies

Prescribed, not sold

IV and infusion medicine, regenerative medicine, advanced blood therapies, hormone optimization and manual medicine. Each enters a protocol only when your assessment indicates it.

Lab testing

Measured, not guessed

Functional lab testing through specialty partner laboratories: hormones, toxins, food sensitivities, infections, genetics and more, ordered and read by your physician.

Concierge

Concierge, in the medical sense.

One physician who knows your case and answers when you call. A coordinator who runs the calendar, the labs and the retests around your protocol. A private way in, a private suite, and no waiting room. The luxury is that nothing about your care is generic.

Direct physician access

Your physician is available for follow-up between visits. Questions about your protocol go to the person who wrote it.

Priority scheduling

Early mornings, evenings and weekends, and priority when a protocol visit needs to move.

A dedicated coordinator

One person manages your plan: visits, infusions, labs and retest dates, in the order your protocol calls for.

Private entrance and discretion

Discreet arrival options, private consultation suites, and dedicated parking with a private entrance.

Travel and out-of-town patients

Visits and retests sequenced around travel, with telehealth follow-ups in between.

Your home regimen

Curated recommendations for what you take and do between visits, written into the protocol rather than sold at the desk.

The team

One team. No handoffs.

Your physician runs your assessment, writes your protocol and reads your retest. Ashley runs everything around it. Nothing is delegated to a template.

Standards

What we will and will not do.

01

Every therapy carries an evidence label: established use, off-label or investigational. You see it before you consent.

02

Nothing is prescribed speculatively. A therapy enters your protocol when your assessment indicates it, not before.

03

Non-toxic by default. Every product and protocol meets an evidence-based, non-toxic standard.

04

Retest, then decide. A protocol is continued, adjusted or closed on your numbers, never on a feeling.
